What does 'Mindra' mean?
Mindra is a wordplay combining the English word mind and the Sanskrit word indriya, meaning senses. It reflects the idea that our mental experiences are shaped by the complex interplay between the intangible mind and the brain’s tangible processes including our sensory experiences. At its core, Mindra represents a holistic view of mental health—where thought, emotion and the body are deeply interconnected. Our therapy space is thoughtfully designed to engage the senses and support grounding. It is open, light-filled and airy—nestled in nature and occasionally graced by the presence of peacocks.
